At Palmetto Moon, we want you to love your Southern-inspired style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that clearance items and personalized goods are considered final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
